Darlene Boline-Moseng is the owner and and catering chef. She has been in the high end catering business for over ten years and is an honors graduate of the Restaurant School. Maurice deRamus (Zen in Northern Liberties, Kujaku on the Parkway and Le Bec Fin) is Chef de Cuisine.
